Ocotillo Counseling

Individual and Couples Therapy

In person in Austin, Texas and online in 40 states

Are you feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you? Whether you're struggling with relationships, anxiety, isolation, depression, life transitions, or simply seeking personal growth, I provide a warm, collaborative space where we can work together to help you create meaningful change. With over 11 years of experience, I combine evidence-based approaches with deep emotional work to help individuals and couples navigate life's challenges and build more fulfilling relationships – with themselves and others.

My integrative approach draws from multiple therapeutic frameworks, allowing me to tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals. I believe that while our past experiences shape us, we have the power to write new chapters in our story. Together, we'll explore both practical solutions for immediate concerns and deeper patterns that may be holding you back.

  • Psychodynamic Theory to explore how past experiences influence present challenges

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to build psychological flexibility and value-aligned living
